C.M. Harris is an award-winning children’s author and publisher who turned adversity into opportunity after facing employment discrimination due to her disability, diagnosed with Charcot-Marie Tooth Disease at age 7 and "The Suicide Disease" at age 25.. She founded Purple Diamond Press to create meaningful stories that inspire kindness, inclusion, and perseverance. She proves that challenges can be rewritten into success, from struggling to find a job to having her bestselling book recognized by ABC7 News, the BBC, and the San Francisco 49ers.
