No, we do not provide in-house editing and illustration services. We have a vetted list of professional illustrators that we have approved for our authors to choose from, or your preferred illustrator may apply for approval. We will assist you with finding a professional children's book editor for your story to ensure we have a marketable and industry standard book. The author is responsible for all editing and illustration fees.

Our services are not free, and we do not pay in advance. Individual service pricing depends on the specific needs of your book. There is a one-time fee to be published by Purple Diamond Press. With years of experience, we value our publishing process and provide quality services and published books for the market. We will be there every step of the way during this exciting new journey and work with you, not for you. Yes, you will retain all copyrights to your book. We’re here to help you bring your vision to life, and you will own the copyright. Purple Diamond Press will be the sole publisher of your children's book and will receive a smaller royalty while you retain the majority.

Yes, we assist with distribution, ensuring your book is available online with major platforms like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and more. We will work with you to be placed in independent bookstores and libraries. We cannot gaurantee brick-and-mortar stores.

No, Purple Diamond Press is not a vanity press. We are a trusted hybrid publishing company that collaborates with authors to bring their books to life. Unlike vanity presses, which often require authors to pay for publication with minimal support, we provide comprehensive professional services such as editing, formatting, marketing, and distribution. We also assist authors in finding skilled illustrators and other collaborators to ensure the final product meets the highest standards. Accepted manuscripts will be published with our imprint.
